Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At Glossed Clinic, we value your time and ours. To provide the highest level of care and ensure appointment availability for all clients, we have established the following cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies.

1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

Notice Requirement

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time will result in:

  • For Prepaid Treatments: The session will be deducted from your package/course.
  • For Unpaid Treatments: Your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

No-Shows

Failure to attend without notice will result in:

  • Prepaid sessions: Full loss of that session.
  • Consultations or single treatments: Forfeiture of the deposit and full payment required upon rebooking.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations (3 or more) may result in removal from our booking system.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life happens. In cases such as:

  • Illness
  • Emergency
  • Bereavement

We may waive late cancellation fees at our discretion if you inform us as soon as possible and provide appropriate context. We appreciate timely communication and transparency.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases at Glossed Clinic are non-refundable.

This includes treatments, prepaid packages, discounted offers, promotions, and product purchases.

This policy applies in all cases, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Inability to attend
  • Dissatisfaction with results
  • Delays due to unavoidable clinic rescheduling

Refunds will only be issued in the following limited situations:

  • A treatment is deemed medically unsuitable before starting (based on clinical assessment)
  • You are unable to continue treatment due to medical reasons (must be supported by a valid GP letter)

In such cases, any refund will be calculated pro-rata, minus the full cost of treatments already received (charged at standard single-session rates), and less any forfeited sessions due to non-attendance.

4. Non-Refundable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, skin care products and consumables cannot be returned or refunded once purchased or opened.

5. Prepaid Packages & Expiry

  • Prepaid courses must be completed within 12 months of the first treatment (unless otherwise specified).
  • Any unused or expired sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Sessions cannot be split, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another person.

6. Promotions, Vouchers & Gift Cards

  • Discounted or promotional services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Missed appointments using a voucher or promotional credit may result in full deduction of the session value.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update this policy without prior notice. Updates will be published on this page with a revised date of effect.
