Models Policy – Content Days & Model Bookings

At Glossed Clinic, we occasionally offer model appointments during content creation days or training events. These sessions provide clients access to discounted or complimentary treatments in exchange for allowing us to document the procedure for educational or promotional purposes.

This policy outlines the terms and expectations for all individuals booking under a model slot.

1. Eligibility

To be considered for a model treatment, you must:

• Be 18 years or older

• Be deemed medically suitable for the procedure by our clinician

• Provide full and honest disclosure of medical history

• Sign a consent form acknowledging model-specific conditions

• Agree to photo and/or video documentation of your treatment and results

If you are not comfortable with any aspect of this process, we recommend booking a regular appointment instead.

2. Consent for Media Use

All model participants are required to:

• Sign a photo/video/media release form prior to the appointment

• Consent to before, during, and after photos or videos being used for:

• Marketing (website, social media, brochures)

• Training and internal education

• Public-facing promotions including “before and after” campaigns

We reserve the right to use the captured content indefinitely and across any medium. Clients waive the right to inspect or approve the final media.

3. Cost & Booking Terms

• Model treatments are either discounted or complimentary, depending on the campaign or training type.

• Payment (if required) must be made in advance to secure your slot.

• Appointments are non-transferable and non-refundable, even if you change your mind after attending.

4. Appointment & Treatment Expectations

• Appointments may take longer than standard due to filming, photography, or training elements.

• Your treatment may be performed by a qualified practitioner or under supervision if part of a training session.

• Model treatments may have limited product quantities, areas, or adjustments based on teaching/demo requirements.

• We cannot guarantee specific results or revisions under model conditions.

For more personalised, uninterrupted care, we recommend booking a standard treatment outside of model campaigns.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

Due to the high demand and limited slots for model bookings:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• No-shows or late cancellations may result in removal from future model eligibility or being charged full treatment value.

6. Refunds & Retreatment

Model appointments are offered at a reduced rate in exchange for participation in content creation or training. Therefore:

• No refunds will be given for model appointments under any circumstance.

• No retreatment or corrections are guaranteed as part of the model arrangement.

• Any additional treatment required will be subject to full pricing.

7. Your Responsibility

It is your responsibility to:

• Arrive on time and follow all pre-treatment instructions

• Understand the model nature of the booking

• Ask questions before signing your consent and media release

We reserve the right to refuse model appointments if consent is withdrawn or media terms are not agreed to.
