1. Use of Website

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Notice Period: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel appointments.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the full treatment cost being charged.
  • Repeated No-Shows: More than three no-shows or late cancellations may lead to removal from our client database.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa Debit
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Glossed Clinic Gift Vouchers

4. Gift Vouchers & Discount Codes

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
  • Discount codes are subject to specific terms and conditions and cannot be combined with other offers.

5. Treatment Packages

  • Packages must be paid in full at the time of the first treatment.
  • All treatments within a package must be used within 12 months of purchase.
  • Unused treatments after this period will be forfeited.
  • Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Prepaid Sessions: Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited.
  • Unpaid Services: A late cancellation will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: In cases such as illness or bereavement, we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.

7. Sensitive Treatments

  • For treatments involving sensitive areas, we offer additional flexibility.
  • If you’re on your period and uncomfortable proceeding, please inform us as soon as possible to reschedule.

8. Promotions & Discounts

  • All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions.
  • Discounted items are non-refundable.
  • Availability of promotional items is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

9. Before & After Campaigns

  • Participation in promotional campaigns requires explicit consent.
  • We may use photographs, videos, and testimonials for marketing purposes.
  • Participants will be required to sign a consent form.

10. Refund Policy

  • All treatments and products are non-refundable.
  • In cases of medical contraindications, a refund may be considered upon presentation of a valid medical certificate.
  • Refunds will be calculated by deducting the full list price of treatments already taken from the total package price.

11. Liability

  • Glossed Clinic is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from our services.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate medical history and information.
  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may not be in the client’s best interest.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
